Either I am doing something wrong, or the documentation to use the SSML Audio tag is missing key information.
I have a properly encoded MP3. If I reference the MP3 using a site that uses a "Digicert" SSL cert everything works fine. If the MP3 resides on a server that uses either a "LetsEncrypt", "ZeroSSL", or "Sectigo" SSL cert, I get the following error:
"I am having trouble connecting to the audio file U.R.I. "
"Received fatal alert: handshake_failure for requestId amzn1.echo-api.request"
I was reading that "LetsEncrypt" certs have issues (This should be in the documentation), but am confused why the "Sectigo" cert is causing issues. Both "LetsEncrypt" and "Sectigo" are on the approved list of SSL certs.
Does anyone know how I can get this working with using a "LetsEncrypt" or "Sectigo" cert?
