Why does an error occur when I want to create an ASR annotation set?

I wanted to test the new ASR Test feature, but I always get the error

Update Annotation Set Error - Error occurred while updating annotation set.

What I did:
- Create a new ASR evaluation annotation set in the alexa console
- directly recorded a sentence
- gave it a name, added the expected transcription and set the weight.
- clicked on "save annotation set"

--> The error occures.

Am I missing something?
I tried it with Chrome and Safari.
