Hi, we have an active account on Merch By Amazon and Kindle Direct Publishing platform. However, about three months ago we applied for Seller Central as part of trying to obtain an Amazon Advertising account. We were prompted to open an Seller Central account but upon doing so we were set up with a Pro account. We didn't need a Pro account so asked for it to be downgraded to a free account which happened just fine.
However, for some reason our free seller central account has been suspended. We haven't tried to sell anything and for there are no issues in Account Health. Now, when we try to contact the Merch By Amazon support team we get a bounced message as our seller central account has been de-activated saying "We have closed this case because Amazon has deactivated your account."
We've tried re-activating the account via the SellerCetnral dashboard but there's been no response to the multiple attempts at doing this. Emailing Merch support with this issue only got us bounced over to Seller Central who still haven't responded with anything more than canned responses asking us to email Merch support or something equally strange. We've opened multiple tickets and we're still not getting anywhere.
We're only asking for them to work out a way that we can raise tickets without them being auto-closed. Has anybody else had any issues with this?
