I've uploaded my completely original hand drawn art for use in my merch store and it instantly got flagged for copyright. I have absolutely zero idea how this could be at all possible, it is nothing clip art based, no text, just a hand drawn picture of a dragon made up in my imagination. I emailed seller support and got responded to by bots who did not answer any of my specific questions. I provided work in progress images of the art with layers removed in ways that only the original files could show. The bots said I needed a letter from the rights holder granting me permission and I responded asking 1) if anybody was listening and 2) how am i supposed to write myself a letter giving myself the rights to use the art I made. The bots then replied saying their decision was final and nothing more would be replied to. What in the world am I supposed to do? Is this the treatment I can expect for every new original art I upload? Maybe it was something in my description (I doubt it, it was all generic language), but who knows! Theres no info given for me to make either of our lives easier. Very frustrating.
