Can we add a "Already read" feature to a books kindle unlimited page?

After reading many many books on KU I am running into issues with older books where the author has just released a new book but I'm not sure if i have read the first one, so i need to load Your Account > Manage your Kindle Unlimited Membership then scroll down until i can find the book to know if i have already read it.. Can we add a note/box/highlight that pulls from KU read book list to let me know that i have read that title already...
