I have an account that was approved a few years ago and I set it up as a Sole Prop under an assumed name. I now have a Partnership LLC under a different name. We want to absorb the sole prop into the LLC. I know I have to resubmit the tax questionnaire, but do I also update the account information such as Business Name, Bank, etc. I don't want to lose the account just because I am switching business models. Does anyone have experience doing this?
