is it possible to inetgrate echo dot with an existing website, the website usually makes appointments for car services , so I would like to integrate it with echo dot so that users can make appointments on website with voice commands. Any help will be appreciated.

In the case of an e-commerce, you could integrate Amazon Pay as a payment options, and drive purchases through a custom skill. Please have a look at the following reference for further information:

On top of that, in order to "sync" all the customer information between the skill and your website, you should also implement account linking.
Alexa only supports Oauth2 authorization frameworks, more info here:

I would also like to ask further, if it is possible to integrate Alexa to a non e-commerce website?,
where the users contol the website eg: Login to the website ,logout, selecting options from the drop down box and saving the changes after filling the form, etc..with voice commands.
I have for now completed the creation of Alexa skills and would now like to connect Alexa to a functioning website , so that users can perform the above functions.
A detailed help will be appreciated about steps to achieve this

At the moment we do not have any step-by-step example about how to "integrate" Alexa with a website.
As a general note, the endpoint (backend) of your skill should be somehow connected with the webpage, so that every intent should perform an action.
However, this is outside the scope of skill development.
