I am experiencing a weird issue since about 3 weeks now.
My skill was submitted and there was a build error (due to saving issues on the developer portal it seems) right before the functional tests in the skill submission for which I later got a skill submission rejection via mail.
But the skill itself is stuck "in review" saying its "processing" which is why I cannot withdraw from review also.
I also contacted the customer service over the contact form already but the person who was assigned to the contact form is rather less informative about the status of this issue I am facing and seems to not care about it as it seems. The only message I get since 3 weeks is "Thank you for writing in. I have reached out to the appropriate internal team for further support. [...]".
This is why im asking this here, did anyone had a similar issue up till now?
It bugs me that I cannot deliver any new feature to the skill while facing this issue and am losing time messing around with the support which is not really supportive for me right now.
