Error while submitting intern application on amazonuniversity.jobs

I have applied for internships through referral. After that I got mail to complete my profile on amazonuniversity site. But when I am submitting this form I am getting an exception and letter this page is showing 505 error. But when I am trying to open this link again it’s not opening for the second time. I am attaching a screenshot of the error here.

Please help me, it’s been more than 3 weeks and I have sent many emails to universityhiring@amazon.com but haven’t got any reply.
