Retrieve users list of enabled skills

Does there exist a ASK utility for seeing the full list of skills that a user has enabled on a device.

i.e.

request user_skills

\ TuneIn, Dominos, FitBit enabled

If not, provided the users can grant it, this would be a valuable feature.

This functionality doesn't exist currently. If you would find it helpful though, I suggest you to post this as a feature request in alexa uservoice webspace: here.
