An app that I am developing for a client has been continually rejected every time I submit a change for over two months now. I follow up using the Contact Us message portal every day and periodically create new tickets to try and get any response. So far no one from Amazon has provided reasoning why the app is rejected and most of my message go completely unanswered.
This is the most unprofessional attitude for a major app store that I have seen while publishing apps on each platform (Apple, Google, Roku etc). The one response I was able get said that my video streaming app was "best suited for the Kindle book store" which is insane. My follow ups to that message have all gone unanswered.
Is there any actual developer support or should I expect to continue to be ignored by Amazon?
And even while trying to submit this post I am being directed to a URL that implies Amazon is flagging me as an "attack"? When I click Post your Question I was repeatedly sent to (https://forums.developer.amazon.com/static/csrfAttackDetected.html)
