Using the official Alexa App on iOS I am able to invoke third party skills using voice. (e.g. "Alexa, open question of the day" works fine.)
However, my Dev skills (i.e. not yet published/certified, and in beta-testing mode) are not recognized at all when I try to invoke using the Alexa App. I have tried updating the Alexa app (done) and it makes no difference. Those same skills work fine when accessed via an Echo device using the same account.
I thought this was specific to my phone or account or something, but somebody else has had the same issues trying to invoke an in-development skill on the ALexa App on IOS.
Can you please confirm if this is indeed an issue others experience ? And/or if there is a solution?
