Hi, I have been selling on Amazon for many years and have always received my Amazon payments for the DVDs on demand service straight into my bank account. One of the payments, however, never reached my account even though Amazon say it was sent on their end. I realised that it was the month that I changed my bank account details in my Amazon profile, so I am wondering whether I accidentally got one of the digits wrong. Anyway, as soon as I realised, I quickly went in and updated my account details, but because their platform only allows you to delete the previous account and not actually see the number, I couldn't actually see if it was a wrong account number. So the following month, I was paid again no problem.
When I initially contacted Amazon they said that I had to contact my bank. I did that and of course my bank said, it is the sender's responsibility to chase it up if it was never received by them. I have now contacted Amazon about 8 times and each time they just keep telling me that they are still looking into it. It has been about 4 months and I still have had no response. I wonder whether there is some sort of management team that I can contact about it to finally sort this out. I think they are just trying to stall me so long that I give up, but it is $800 they owe me and I obviously want that money.
Sorry for the rant, but any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
