Since around 3 days our customers are experiencing problems with our smart home skill (v2). From one second to the next any command like e.g. "Alexa, turn on XY device" does not work anymore and results in "The device does not respond". One second it works, the next it doesn't. We didn't make any changes to the skill, our servers or the hardware and can't find anything suspicious in our logs. Are there any known issues on Amazon's side? Server issues or something?
