In the design management listing, I saw that my products sold number had gone down by one, so thinking that something must have been cancelled, I went to the Analyze section only to discover that nothing had been cancelled. Then I realized that the count had gone down probably because the shirt I'd personally ordered had just been shipped. Is this how it's normally done? Does the total we see reflect only those shirts that haven't been shipped yet?
Thanks for the feedback on how to see at-a-glance information on the portal for sales. We will review the process with the team to take a look at the sales summary and provide any updates to the process on the Merch dashboard.
Sales are reflected for the day that the product actually ships, which can take up to 7 days with current processing times. If you see a cancellation in your data, it just means that the customer canceled the order before it shipped.
Please also email us directly for any questions regarding your tier. Accounts are reviewed on a weekly basis.
Hi Leia@Amazon, Hope you can help... I have sold 116 t-shirts but I haven't been moved to the 500 tier level. According to the FAQ, to move up from the 25 tier, a content creator will need to sell at least 25 shirts from those they have created to move up to the 100 tier. Since I have sold more than 100 t-shirts I should be moved to the next level (500 tier). Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
I'd like to see a total tally (all time, monthly) of sales AND dollars. I know that they are probably scrambling right now just to get production capacity up, but as soon as they can take a breather, and get an IT person on it, I'm putting it in as an official request.
Thanks L. Frase, you are completely correct. The sales dashboard will only show your 7 day numbers. To check for your full statement, enter the dates you wish to view and then you can download a csv of all sales. Sales should show up as soon as 15 minutes after a sale is completed, although there can be some delay in high traffic.
