(If they aren't going to be gone on multi-product creation) We shouldn't be penalized for the sale in the 180 day period if a customer asks for a refund. Not only that if a customer is frustrated because of product quality they may give the designer a bad review that has nothing to do with the design. A friend of mine bought one of my designs on a premium tee and she is giving it to her young niece. What a waste of time uploading most of my first 10 designs to premiums
The size chart is not accurate. 26" is a regular large not 3XL. I would guess that customers don't expect that they need to double check a chart to order.
Since this happened are the regular tees true to size? Or do they have the same problem with sizing?
