UL used echo show to test our project and feedback the only problem. The TCID of the test case is CamErr-1.
The issues they feedback are as follows:
Procedure:
1. Remove the camera from the AppCam solo app
2. U: "Alexa, show front door camera"
Expected Result: No video is shown on the Echo show and Alexa responds with "Sorry, I did't find (name of camera)"
Observed Result: No video is shown on the Echo show and Alexa responds with'(Name of camera) does't support that. '
We did the same with echo spot and found that Observed Result, like Excepted Result, did not have such a problem.
We checked the server logs and found that when UL Engineer Remove the camera from the AppCam solo app, our server successfully sent the Delete Report to Amazon server and got the HTTP status code 202.Since then, Amazon servers have not sent any requests to our servers. We think it's either a test case problem or an Amazon server problem. But UL insists that,This test case did not pass, so not let our project passed the work with Alexa validation.
We don't think our server handles any problems. After our server successfully reported the deletion of the device, the subsequent interaction is echo show and Amazon server, so I don't know what needs to be changed. Can you help us find out what the problem is?
