After reviewing the application, a large list of devices ceased to support the game.
Technical support constantly responds as follows:
Issue Description: App features are not responding
Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Install and launch the app.
2. Tap on "Skip", Login with Facebook.
3. Tap on "Play", Complete the tutorial.
4. Tap on "+" at the right.
5. Tap on any of the IAP's to purchase.
Actual Result: Observe that IAP's are not responding, Unable to purchase.
Expected Result: App features should respond.
We tested everything on the device from Amazon, according to the official documentation (https://developer.amazon.com/docs/in-app-purchasing/iap-install-and-configure-app-tester.html). No problem detected - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmNYtjlqoX4&feature=youtu.be
Once, after contacting technical support, Amazon returned compatibility with all devices, and then on the same day again canceled compatibility, but for a smaller number of devices.
Has anyone come across this? What could be the problem?
