Our company is working on Works with Alexa Certification for our security cameras. However, UL, the company who tests certification for us, cannot access to our server in AWS East-1, so the testing is suspended. UL uses AT&T WiFi network.
Actually, many customers across the world can connect to our server every day. We cannot figure out why UL fails to connect. Is there something wrong in AWS server or network in UL? Could you help us to find the reason behind this and solve this question?
