I am in a unique situation. We are a technology startup. Late last year we requested for MWS developer credentials, after sometime, we received the credentials. Then we got focused on resolving hot issues (show stoppers) in our product, therefore we did not use our account for 3 months. Later we were told, if you don't use your account for 90 days, the account is disabled, you need to reapply to get get it enabled. On April 10, 2019, I reapplied, it has been 50 days, I have not heard back from MWS support. I sent then reminders, opened new cases, called several time to Seller support (they don't handle MWS support they forwarded my request). Any word of wisdom, what should I do? We are near our launch and we need to do development on our server around fulfillment APIs. What should I do. Please help and advise.
