i am currently selling big amounts of youth shirts, especially at the german marketplaces. Looking at the last 2 month, i recognize an increasing return rate. This is accompanied by very poor reviews for my listings. Going deeper into analysis of the review, the main cause for the high return rate and the poor reviews is a completely wrong sizing of the youth shirts. Shirts are way larger, than the costumers expected. Customers seems to be very confused by the sizing and thus they are not very satisfied with our service.
Is the problem already known? Are there any attempts to solve this problem? I think it might have something to do with the recent change of suppliers.
