I uploaded a design yesterday using the new BETA Multiple Product uploader. Submitted design went live within about 15 minutes on all products - standard, premium, long sleeve, sweatshirt, tank top, v-neck, raglan. No problem.
This morning I checked my e-mail to find a Design Rejected e-mail from Merch. "We are contacting you because your submission appears to violate our Content Policy - 5.1 Quality, Shipping, and Fulfillment."
HOWEVER...
The designs went live. They are still live.
I looked at the listings and could not find anything that mentioned quality, delivery, etc. as per the policy...
5.1 Quality, Shipping, and Fulfillment: Designs or items that make promises about the quality of the product, speed of shipping or fulfillment, and the manufacturing country of origin. For example, using terms such as high quality, satisfaction guaranteed, ships in 2 days, Prime shipping available, or printed in the USA.
I sent an e-mail to merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com asking if this was a "notification" error or a "removal" error.
Has this happened to anyone else? Elizabeth@Amazon have there been notification glitches with the Multiple Products uploader?
