"Contact Us" is shamefully implying that my contact is not "authentic and registered" instead of helping with the issue. Can someone from Amazon explain to me what is going on here?! If I wasn't registered I would not have received checks from Amazon, right?
I simply have a problem with one of the checks and I don't know how to solve it.
On October 2018 I received 2 checks from my sales: One in Euros and the other in Pounds.
I had no problem at all with the check in Euros, but I could not find here in Brazil any bank, exchange house or institution that would accept a check issued in Pounds. Even my bank manager told me I would have a hard time with it.
Now it's almost up to 6 months since I received it and soon it will be expired. Is it possible to do a wire transfer or issue a new check in a different currency? I would have no problem at all if it was in Euros or American Dollar, but I can't receive it in Pounds even in future payments.
