I keep getting this error ('number_of_batteries' is required but not supplied. ) when checking the feed results of _POST_INVENTORY_AVAILABILITY_DATA_ even though it seems like I have the number of batteries set to 1. I set the NumberOfBatteries in the DescriptionData of the _POST_PRODUCT_DATA_ feed seen below.
<DescriptionData> <Title>Samsung Galaxy S4 I545 16GB Verizon CDMA 4G LTE Android Smartphone w/ 13MP Camera - Black (Certified Refurbished)</Title> <Battery> <AreBatteriesIncluded>true</AreBatteriesIncluded> <AreBatteriesRequired>true</AreBatteriesRequired> <BatterySubgroup> <BatteryType>battery_type_lithium_ion</BatteryType> <NumberOfBatteries>1</NumberOfBatteries> </BatterySubgroup> </Battery> <BatteryCellType>lithium_ion</BatteryCellType> <BatteryWeight unitOfMeasure='GR>29</BatteryWeight> <NumberOfLithiumIonCells>2</NumberOfLithiumIonCells> <LithiumBatteryPackaging>batteries_contained_in_equipment</LithiumBatteryPackaging> <LithiumBatteryEnergyContent unitOfMeasure='watt_hours'>4.9</LithiumBatteryEnergyContent> <LithiumBatteryWeight unitOfMeasure='GR'>0.85</LithiumBatteryWeight> <SupplierDeclaredDGHZRegulation>not_applicable</SupplierDeclaredDGHZRegulation> </DescriptionData>
And when go to to seller central and edit that listing it also shows that the number of batteries is set to 1. So why do I keep getting an error that the number of batteries is not supplied?
The feed message I'm sending to switch to AFN is...
<Message> <MessageID>1</MessageID> <OperationType>Update</OperationType> <Inventory> <SKU>SamsungXXXX</SKU> <FulfillmentCenterID>AMAZON_NA</FulfillmentCenterID> <Lookup>FulfillmentNetwork</Lookup> <SwitchFulfillmentTo>AFN</SwitchFulfillmentTo> </Inventory> </Message>
Anyone have any idea why it keeps telling me I need to set the number of batteries? Thanks
