How do I get Preview on Device working for APL Authoring Tool?

Working with APL and want to preview on a device, but the "Preview on Device" button is disabled. How do I get preview on device working?

Where is the documentation for this feature?

Could you check if you have a multi-modal device associated with your account? If that's the case, sometimes it may also because of the session is expired in the Authoring tool. Once you reload the web page, it will show up.
