We are trying to cancel app submission for one of our apps, but cannot do it. We get the error message "We are unable to cancel your submission for this application." We created Contact Us case (5837230231) about two weeks ago, but are being snowballed again, and again. The frustrating part is that this or similar issues were reported several times before, and we are being handled as that would be the first such case.
I understand that Amazon Dashboard framework is basically broken, and that requires more testing/investigations on Amazon site in order to get it fix. On the other hand, we developers are being blocked on things that rather look like a simple fixes to be made.
Would it be possible to split similar issues into two unrelated categories:
1. Fix broken framework - take as much time as you need, but start fixing reported issues
2. Unblock developers - let us appreciate support given, and move faster on our ways
That could help us developers move faster, and appreciate Amazon support. Otherwise, all parties are rater fighting each other, where potentially the worst part is us developers seeing Amazon "internal" teams snowballing Amazon support people, and those support people having mostly no clue about those problems are snowballing us developers. Add to that self-stating some bogus answers as 'best solution' is just ridiculous.
