I am building my very first Alexa skill, a fact skill abut Prague.
I have one weird fact where I want one word in particular to stand out, but I can't quite get it right. This is the opening of the fact right now.
In the Old Town lies a church that really shows what punishment looked like in the old times. The baroque Church of Saint James the Greater welcomes the guest with a mummified <prosody rate="slow" pitch="medium" volume="loud">arm</prosody> dangling on a meat hook from the ceiling.
Think of how you would present this fact. I am aiming for a deadpan beginning with "welcomes the visitor" to the quite macabre turn with the arm hanging from the meat hook. I wish "arm" to stand out with the slightest pause and an upward pitch to acknowledge that this is unusual and surprising. Setting the pitch property to "high" delivers a flat high pitch and not the rising pitch I would like to hear. Apart from prosody I have tried to use the break and emphasis elements as well.
Anyone successful with this kind of fine tuned SSML please let me know.
