We recently submitted 4 products through WWA testing with Amazon Echo Zigbee HA 1.2.
Our testing showed that we failed a couple items. However, upon our review we found that some of the tests for our device did not make sense.
For example: TCID ContactSensorError-1 requires that Alexa responds with "(3rd party) isn't sure if the window is open because the batteries are low".
We are not using a 3rd party app whatsoever and in the test procedures it says if there is no 3rd party, mark test case as pass. We received a fail.
There are a few more tests in which it's a similar scenario and I've been trying to contact WWA-SUPPORT@AMAZON.COM for weeks now and haven't received any response.
