Does your lambda get called? Also what is your skill invocation name? It cannot be one word, only in some exceptional cases.
No matter if my customized web service or not (I didn't use lambda), the test simulator should no act like this without giving any feedback. Based on my previous experience, if there is any trouble of getting the response (response JSON is corrupted or timeout), it will show me that "there is a problem of skill response".
Can you try testing it using different browser or at least login from the incognito mode? Maybe this will help
Did you try disabling your antivirus web protection? Antivirus web protection blocks HTTPS 2 request which is needed by test simulator to work.
What kind of antivirus web protection ? I don't have any plugin related to the antivirus web protection in my browser. I have doubts about the reason is due to my browser. I have another skill under development, but it doesn't meet this issue. My skill id is amzn1.ask.skill.bc5f8e33-d8c9-47f9-a27e-454fa8fec1c3.
Can you check it in Firefox? There can be multiple reason of getting this error.
@Anand@Amazon I have tried in Firefox. It doesn't response anything either.
