Add link to standard card in alexa app

is it possible to add read more with link to my website in the standar card in alexa app to looks like this:

read more (+ link to my website)

if yes, how i can write it in lambda?

It is currently not possible to add links in cards. If you want, you can try posting this as a feature request in alexa uservoice website. Amazon alexa team often reviews the suggestions there.
