Since yesterday I have been trying to get a design through the review process. The design keeps being rejected due to "Inaccurate Product Descriptions". I really can't stress enough that I have described the design explicitly. The design isn't at all difficult to understand and if I read the description to you, you'd be able to image the image quite vividly, without seeing it.
Each time the design is rejected, I have to dumb down the description even further, in the hope that the reviewer will "get it". Each time I am losing another keyword I want to target the design with.
There's some work gone into the design, so I don't want to take this on the chin.
Is there any way at all to speak to a human at Merch, to get a better explanation about the rejection other than "Inaccurate Product Descriptions" ?
Edit: Just had 2 more designs rejected on "Youth Size Policy" grounds, yet I didn't tick the youth box for either design, as both designs are targeted at parents. :/ Something odd is going on.
