recently we have developed integration of our switches with amazon alexa devices like echo dot, echo spot etc. No doubt it is working fine with perfectness. but one thing has come in notice recently in many switches that when we create a routine in amazon alexa app and we try to say it to alexa then sometimes alexa skips some commands. example : suppose i have created routine named "alexa!good morning" and kept L1-on, L2-on, L3-off, L4-on as a action.now when we say alexa!good morning at that time it will take a only half action sometimes like L1-on and L2-on only, nothing else. now when we say again alexa!good morning at that time it will not take any action. again when we say alexa!good morning at that time it will take another random action different from previous. like alexa sometimes misbehaves. no doubt we have created 6 to 7 routine codes and there are many lamps are mutual in some routines. but as practical, when i say any command to it, alexa should do what we have told him to act in alexa app. it does not matter lamps are mutual in routines or not. also it does not matter previous status of lamps. alexa should act just as in routine code. we have also talked to amazon custome care about this problem and they told me that we have coded only for individual lamps not for mutual lamps in multiple routines but if we see it as customer side,it is necessary that it should be possible for mutual lamps also.
