I'm having the issue that seems to come up on here a lot where my skill is only able to be enabled manually in the Alexa app.
The app is called "AeBeZe NOW", pronounced "a.b.z. now", and I've only been able to enable it by voice once by really enunciating: "Enable aebeZEE now". Throughout, the transcripts read "enable a.b.c. now" from which the app would respond that such a skill doesn't exist.
Once enabled, it'll hear practically the most casual "Alexa, talk to aebeze now" without issue.
I'm wondering the best way to go forward - should I try to change the name of the app to "real words" that are more distinguishable to the Alexa device? Should I maybe change my invocation name/suggestions to "a.b.c." in order to match the pronunciation it seems to expect?
[Note: At this point in the day, it is often either hearing the correct thing or suggesting "did you mean 'AeBeZe NOW'?" when it hears the wrong thing. I don't feel confident that it is fixed, though, because it wasn't functioning like this earlier in the day and I haven't changed anything. I heard back from various users earlier who were unable to start the app.]
