Our app not shown in Germany store

Our app, Uyanik TV Box for Fire TV, is not shown on Germany store but shown on other stores such as UK (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Uyanık-TV-Box-Fire/dp/B01E5XKDXQ). However, from amazon developer console, it looks like Live in Germany. We opened a case (#5399195521) on the 29th of September, but no response yet. Please help us.
