I was building an alexa skill in german language. It is availbale in the german alexa skill store. (I have a german amazon account) I extended the skill for english support and publsihed it to US and UK skill store. Now I got my first UK skill store review - and of course it is a 1 star... So it seems the customer didn`t know how to use the skill properly and I decided to comment on his review to give him some help and to point on the well written skill description where all the details are shown.
The problem is: Amazon doesn`t let me comment on my own skill! If I want to answer to this review I get the message:
"You must be in good standing in the Amazon community to post."
I clicked the help button and it showed following:
"Who can participate in discussions?
Customers! Anyone who has purchased items from Amazon directly and is in good standing in the Amazon.co.uk community can reply to an existing discussion or start a new one."
So how can I, as the skill developer, reply to a review in a non german skill store? Do I need to purchase items from UK first? That shouldn`t be the way to go...
