Alexa reads the phone number in words

during the confirmation of slot which is of type AMAZON.phonenumber Alexa speaks the numbeer in words like nine billion five million........but i want her spell it like numbers (for exampe 949097368 should be spelled as nine four nine zero....... etc) It is possible in lambda function but iam unable to make it say in slot confirmation....

In order to have Alexa read numbers the way you want, you can use SSML (Speech Synthesis Markup Language) This page has further information on SSML, while this one might be more specific for your case.

SSML can be used in lambda function code but iam facing this problem in confirmation of slot.....
