Has anyone else had this problem? They say the reason for the rejection was because they considered the designs (again, already approved and selling as regular t-shirts for months) were in conflict with Content Policy 1.3.
First of all, how can those EXACT designs have been approved and selling on regular t-shirts if the designs are in violation? Secondly, even after I asked for the specific reason for the rejections, I was simply referred back to the same Content Policy.
Now, how in the world do I determine which countries my products are being sold in? Do we even have a say in this? I am based in the United States. I am pretty sure Amazon decides what countries our designs are sold in. If I am wrong, please let me know. The only things that are different about the approved and rejected designs are the type of clothing they are placed on. Everything else is the same, from design to listings. Do some countries outlaw long sleeves?? If so, isn't that Amazon's responsibility to not make those available in those countries? I really am at wit's end about this. I'm also afraid to upload any more designs for fear of losing my account; especially when I have no idea what the actual "violations" were. There are two designs that I decided to create long sleeve shirts and hoodies out of, so I had a total of four rejections for the supposed "violations" in one day. I feel like that puts me very close to being ousted from the program.
Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you all in advance for your time and assistance in this matter!
