Has anyone else had difficulty getting a timely response from mails sent to email@example.com?
Lets keep track an email which I sent just now and measure the response time. It has definitely been received because I just got an automated response. The date-time now is: 12th May 2018 13:21 GMT+1

I have been referred to your team concerning a question I had.
I am the developer of a software product called My Ching which I am currently selling on a subscription basis on this website purchase page.
I wish to sell the same software for outright purchase (i.e. perpetual license) on the Amazon PC & Mac digital download market place while continuing to sell it on a subscription basis on my website.**
Would you have any objections to this arrangement?

Hex 11 Software ** The reason I do not wish to wish to implement the Amazon subscription system is because I have been advised by one of your staff that "in its current state its quite technically involved which is why it's only provided to a handful of vendors". I am not shy of a technical challenge but I do not wish to invest a lot of time unless I am first sure that my product is going to generate sales on Amazon.
