I have been trying for well over 20 days to get someone to assist Bytes of Learning with an urgent account issue.
I am trying to restore access to our account. We had a contractor who set-up our developer account under an email and password we do not have access to. We can not ask for it since the person has passed away. We have gained access to an account using an email we thought was the one used but the account is blank (no banking and no products). We know this is not correct since we are still receiving account statements and notifications.
We have sent several requests for assistance on case 4973803781 with pretty much only automated responses.
Please advise how we can resolve this as this is now an urgent issue.
