I have submitted my skill twice (3/22/2018 and 4/4/2018). I received the "Your skill has been submitted for certification" automated email. I wait a couple of days before logging back into the console, as I'm busy with other work. When I do log back in, the skill I submitted is listed as "In Development". No email from the Alexa team with any suggested changes, no rejection, etc. NOTHING. Submit again. Same thing. NO RESPONSE FROM THE ALEXA TEAM.
I submit a support ticket. Get the email that I have submitted the ticket. Still waiting to hear back from the Alexa team. I hate writing (shouting) in all caps, but:
IT'S LIKE MY SKILL SUBMISSION IS GETTING THROWN INTO A BLACKHOLE.
I'd be ok with the skill being rejected and having to have my team rework it and submit it again. I'd even be ok with having to do that multiple times. However, I HAVE NO IDEA WTF IS HAPPENING,
