We submitted a valid apk but Amazon support team replied back saying: "We have pended your app so that you may resubmit the apk. Because the test publishing failed in the last submission, we advise you to unzip and rezip the original apk. Please also be sure to upgrade the version number for this submission to a higher number." Any help in this regard is highly appreciated. thanks!
Sorry for the delayed response. There is likely a problem with how your APK has been zipped as a part of the build process. Please perform the following steps to validate the zip file.
1. Perform test to validate zip file:
If you do not see "OK" in the output of the command, then this file is not a valid zip file.
2. Please unzip and re-zip the apk by executing the following commands:
unzip developer.apk -d destDirectory/
zip -r ../developer_rezipped.apk *
3. Perform test to validate zip file again:
This time the output should say "OK"
I see another person from your team has filed a case through ContactUs. We are going to provide the fixed apk through the case and you are supposed to submit that apk in your app.

App was under review and it's current status is "Pending Action". We didn't receive any email from Amazon Customer Service team about the reason(s) for the app being rejected. We are using DexProtector (
http://dexprotector.com/ ) to encrypt our app and could this be the reason for the app being rejected? Can you please let us know the reasons so that we can re-submit our app. thanks!
