I have an app that is showing compatible with the Fire HD 10 (2017) in the the Device support list under Binary Files > Device support. However, when I look at the device on the app page to verify compatibility, the device shows as not compatible. I'm on round 4 of back and forth emails with Amazon customer support and am now told that on their end, the binary shows the device as incompatible; yet, on my end, it is showing as compatible.
Suggestions on how to fix this? I'm at my wits end.
