We have been trying to get feedback on this issue for weeks but keep just getting pointed to the FAQ. Most annoyingly, we are told it's because the game is not live on apple and android yet it is! and has been for weeks! We were then told it was because it did not contain IAP, yet it did! Who's testing this?
Contact Us has not been giving us answers. Can we please speak with someone about resolving this?
On our launch across apple and android stores we recieved a million impressions on twitter. Hugely disappointing to see our amazon store was not available for this.
