Is it possible to catch a request made by the user as a log if it is caught by no intents designed by the developer?

If no intents handle the request made by the user, I can think of gracefully handling the request with ValueError and a graceful response. But how do we know what was the user's input to capture any intents that we missed designing or approach the problem of capturing intents in an agile manner?

There is such an intent: 'Unhandled'. Code like this works for me:
