I seem to be having a similar issue to this post:
I've seen a few instances of this type of issue. My skill's name is "Warmind Network" and I assume the skill name is being broken up into "War Mind Network" because one of my test users has been getting a lot of responses from Alexa saying something similar to "I'm not sure how to help with that"
I'm also curious (if this is the same issue) what the recommended way of communicating to the users that they will need to disable and reenable the skill. I have seen usage dropping off over the past month and at least one review indicating a user has been frustrated by this situation. I assume once users see this issue they will just disable the skill and not think to reenable. They will probably just leave. Is there a suggestion for communicating this required step to end users?
Thanks in advance for any help.
EDIT: (should have made this an edit instead of adding an answer)
The situation seems to be even worse than I had thought. Before it would reliably resolve my skill name and now I am basically getting everything BUT my skill name. This has been seen by me on a Sonos One speak and a beta tester I have that has a few other Echo devices like a Show and Dot.
I attached the maximum number of images that I could to this post but I also got "war my network" as an incorrect invocation name. This is a really big issue and preventing any users from being able to use my skill. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
