Alexa skill interaction model stuck building

My alexa skill has gotten stuck building the interaction model in the skill builder. Is there anyway to get it unstuck or to cancel the build process.

The skill id is amzn1.ask.skill.adb04350-7da6-4648-928b-252fbabc090b

And I'm running the skill builder on Chrome 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The build process got stuck right after I started building the interaction model, realised I'd forgotten to uncheck a required box on a slot and then instinctively unchecked that box before the build was finished, at which point the process got stuck.

Yes I am still facing the issue.

It happened when I uploaded with the ask cli:
OS: CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)
NPM: 6.9.0
ASK CLI: 1.7.10

But I am using Chrome on Windows and have tried Microsoft Edge too:
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (10.0.18363 Build 18362)
Chrome: Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Edge: 44.18362.267.0

It may be linked to a model change I made which increased the number of intents and slots I use.

Yes This is still the issue. I just faced it and now I cannot use my skill. I have already shared with my clients and I don't know what to do now. It is building for last 4 hours. Please help....

I don't know exactly what is the issue, but if nothing works, try using ask-cli. Especially the update-model command. I had a couple of issues in the past where I wasn't able to submit my skill for certification using console, but submitting it through cli worked.

I'm having the same issue. even after closing my browser and reconnecting the build model button just spins.

Your issue should be resolved now (root cause is different than the user who posted this thread). Could you please try to rebuild it today?
