Skill live but not showing up in Alexa app

Hi all,

One of our skill is live since 4-5 days. We can see it on Amazon Skill's desktop website : https://www.amazon.com/Orange-Labs-Bank-One/dp/B078TN5J3J/

But it's not showing up in the Alexa app (Android) in the "Skills" section. When I type the name of my skill in the search bar, there is 0 result. We tried this on both an Android phone linked to an Echo Show used only for development (the Amazon account on it is the developer's one), and another Android phone linked to an Echo Show with a generic account (not a developer account).

Does anyone know how we could resolve this? Is there a delay between the fact that the Skill is live and the time when it's available for all users in their Alexa Compagnon app?

I am also facing the same issue, not able to search and find in alexa APP. can be seen in amazon web.

Hi there! I was able to find your skill Bank One on the retail website Skills Store, the web Alexa app Skills Store, and the Android Alexa app Skills Store. I am having the same issue! I have an app called "Movie Data" which is live and target region is set to the US and India. I am not been able to see that while searching in my Alexa app on android. Skill ID is

Hi Subrata,

I'm able to find your skill "Movie Data" on the US versions of the Alexa app and retail store: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RV6B7K9

The reason your skill isn't showing in the Indian Alexa Skills Store is because you only have an English (US) model set up for your skill so far. In order to make it available in India, you will have to add an English (IN) model as well. Is your problem solved? And how did you fixed it?

I have the same problem with 3 of my skills!

Im sure, that they were already availabe in the alexa app, but now they are invisible
