When running the simulator service on the test tab in the developer console, the request works fine and retrieves the JSON provided by the endpoint www.getdigital.de/echo.html?mode=request
When using an Echo Dot to start the skill, the Dot only replies with "I couldn't reach the skill". The message "Unable to connect to host" is displayed in the Alexa web app with the description "A connection could not be established to Resource [https://www.getdigital.de/echo.html?mode=request], Type [HTTP], Region [DEFAULT]".
I tried both the single certificate and wildcard certificate setting, both work on the simulator but not on the Dot.
The skill is enabled on the dev account and linked.
I'm suspecting some SSL certificate shenanigans, though GlobalSign is listed as one of the Amazon approved certificated authorities.
Are there any steps I can take in order to figure out what the problem is?
