Hi Karla, the reply emails should be being sent out from "email@example.com <firstname.lastname@example.org>" and a subject title should indicate the case number. Please kindly look into your inbox again. Hope you can find our replies!
Hi Sam, I verified that I am receiving e-mails at the e-mail inbox associated with the Amazon Developer Dashboard & I did a search for case #4782531141 in my inbox/spam/trash/junk folders, but did not find any such e-mails. Is there an alternate way of communicating with you about this specific issue?
