Every now and then we get one or more missing monthly report in our report system.
The symptoms are the following: for a given period, the payments happen usually around 30 days after. We log in the reports site a few weeks after payment, and we found out that one or more reports are not available. For example, right now I can't find the report from amazon.com that should have been available Nov 29th.
This prevents us from completing accounting for the previous month. We have to create a ticket, and wait a few days for the problem to be resolved and the report to be available.
This has happened ever since we created a developer account (5+ years ago) and happens several times a year.
Could Amazon properly fix this once and for all?
